Refund and Returns Policy

At Atulya Remedies Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of healthcare and pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Wrong product has been delivered.
  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Product received is expired.
  • Product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Medicines and pharmaceutical products once delivered.
  • Opened or used healthcare products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

After verification and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error is on our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
